WHAT BEGINNING IS

Beginning is a 30-day program built around a single intention — yours, or one we discover together in the first session. Over one month, you receive three 90-minute healing sessions, each one building on the last, each one organized entirely around what you most want to understand or shift.

It isn't a series of unrelated appointments. It's a deliberately held container — a beginning, a middle, and a close. By the end, you'll have a living map: a clear, honest picture of where you are, what's moved, what's still holding, and what wants to come next.

The physical is always the last to shift. Change moves through layers — the energetic and emotional first, the mental next, the body and outer circumstances last. If your life hasn't caught up to your inner shifts yet, that gap isn't a failure. It's information.


THE CONTAINER

The arc of three sessions

  • Where You Are: we begin not where you think you are, but where you actually are. We establish the container and set the direction for what we're hunting.

  • What Is Holding: by the second session, the field has been working. This is often where the real thing becomes visible — not the presenting intention, but the layer beneath it.

  • The Living Map: the final session closes the container. I share an honest picture of what's shifted, what's still in process, and what I see for what comes next.
