WHAT TO EXPECT IN A HEALING SESSION

Through guided conversation, intuitive counseling, hands-on Brennan Healing Science energy work, and when clinically indicated, Ballancer®Pro compression therapy (CPT 97140), each session supports you in aligning with your desire for change and growth — working simultaneously on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.

 

First half — Guided conversation and assessment: We’ll begin by setting an intention, then observing and challenging any limiting beliefs you may hold, exploring defenses and past experiences that have shaped your perspective. This is a place of connection — a time to slow down and sit with your thoughts. Guinevere wants to know what your world looks like, what you’re experiencing, what events are calling your attention, and how you’re feeling mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Long-buried memories may surface, insights come mid-sentence, and patterns are revealed. Guinevere channels energy throughout, intuitively guided to ask questions for further illumination — holding up a mirror to reflect back your truth. This conversation also provides clinical direction for the table work that follows, including whether Ballancer®Pro compression therapy is indicated to support your plan of care. When indicated, the Ballancer®Pro is used to stimulate lymphatic flow, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and flush toxins and excess fluid — preparing the body’s systems for the hands-on work.

Second half — Table work and energy healing: You’ll remain fully clothed and rest on a massage table. There’s nothing for you to do. Using Brennan Healing Science energy techniques, Guinevere first balances and stabilizes your field — like hitting the energetic reset button. Intuitive information then guides the removal of emotional, spiritual, or physical blocks and stagnant energy. She may explore how a wound created in the past is affecting the present and how everything can align with a future intention. She may be guided to do a soul retrieval, ancestral healing, repair cords, cut streamers, or other spiritual medicine, and may use crystals or essential oils. When Ballancer®Pro therapy has been administered, the hands-on work deepens the lymphatic and circulatory support already initiated. Throughout, you may feel heat or cold, pulsing or tingling — you may feel energized afterward or ready for rest. After the healing, Guinevere will share guidance received during the table work and answer any questions.

Healings usually continue unfolding for several days up to a week. Clients commonly report significant relief from chronic symptoms and shifts that become visible to others before they can be fully articulated.

AFTER A SESSION

It's important to stay hydrated, rest as much as possible, and be genuinely kind to yourself. Healings usually continue unfolding for several days up to a week — you may notice thoughts, dreams, memories, or events surfacing that feel significant. This is a window of time when the veil between your current reality and what is possible feels thinner. What you do with that window is what drives change.

The Opening In the first day or two, you may feel lighter, more spacious, or quietly hopeful. Stay close to that feeling. Notice what it's asking of you. This is not a passive state — it's an invitation. What would you do differently if you actually believed change was possible for you?

The Pushback As the opening deepens, expect resistance. Old defenses, fears, limiting beliefs, and familiar hurts will rise up — not to stop you, but because they have been your protection. The ego does not relinquish its grip quietly. This is not a setback. This is the work. When something difficult surfaces, don't rush past it. Lean into it and ask:

Physically — Where am I holding this in my body right now? What does it feel like — tightness, heaviness, numbness? Get curious — what is your body trying to tell you? This is information. Listen to it.

Emotionally — What is this feeling, exactly? How old does it feel? Is this mine, or did I inherit it? What am I most afraid of feeling fully?

Mentally — What story am I telling myself right now? Whose voice is that? What would I need to believe instead to move forward?

Spiritually — Do I feel connected to something larger than this moment, or am I contracted and alone in it? What would it feel like to trust what is unfolding?

The Choice You hold all the answers inside yourself — though we understand that for some people, that's the most frightening sentence in this entire document. If you've spent years not trusting yourself, or not being able to hear yourself clearly, being pointed inward can feel like being pointed toward silence.

That's okay. That's actually part of what this work is for.

Being present, aware, open, and receptive is not passive — and it doesn't require you to have all the answers immediately. It requires only that you stay curious about what arises, and that you resist the urge to talk yourself out of what you feel before you've fully felt it.

Every time you move through a difficult moment instead of around it, you expand what is possible for you. You will be able to do it again. And then again. And each time, the leaps of faith become less terrifying — not because the unknown gets smaller, but because your capacity and resiliency changes.
