Walk with Guinevere (She/Her)

Give me the impossible dream every time — the big, heart-centered, mission-driven ones. That’s who I love working with. Helping someone reach what once felt impossible, and walking that road beside them, is the greatest honor of this work.
— GUINEVERE · FOUNDER, MY LONGING HEART

My Longing Heart is a New York City‑based practice founded in 2009.

I am not someone who fixes people. I have genuine skill — I can see into the field, read what the body is holding before a client can name it, track what is happening beneath the words being spoken. That is real, and it’s me.

But the power does not live with me. It’s YOU! The map belongs to you. I am here to walk alongside you while you find your way back to what you already know — to hold the light steady while you do the seeking.

My approach sits at the meeting point of two teachings: Brennan Healing Science, which works directly with the energy field, and Intensive Group Facilitation, which brings a depth-oriented lens to how people actually change. Underneath both is something older: a line of healers and midwives in my mother’s lineage, going back to a rice farm in Thailand. It runs in my DNA, in the foundation of who I am.

A WIDER PURPOSE

Not just my clients. Everyone.

I am an empathy‑driven activist and human rights advocate for people who want to live the life they choose. My work in the non‑profit world goes back over two decades, long before I started my practice — and it hasn't stopped. Boards have been part of that commitment, and I'm always looking for the next mission to serve.

Across every cause, I saw the same wound. It is the wound of separation. It shows up as othering. It shows up as the quiet belief that says, "I don't belong." I have watched what happens when someone is left out — unhelped, unseen, uncounted. That loss is never only theirs. We are one field, and one person's suffering represents the suffering of all humankind. Helping just one person helps everyone.

That range has taken many forms — staff roles at Lambda Legal, the Legal Aid Society, Fountain House, Hunger Task Force, and International House; board service with Hero's Journey Foundation and Art Start; volunteering with the COVID Care Network and Continuum Hospice Care. Different causes, different rooms, the same conviction: that everyone matters.

Whether I was standing beside a legal case, a grassroots campaign, or a client on the table, the mission has always been the same: help one person, and you have already begun to help heal the collective wound of duality or separation.
